Eight Moorgate in central London was the perfect venue
For independent digital marketing agency QueryClick, this was a long awaited opportunity to bring team members and clients together, face-to-face, for the first time in 18 months. After waiting so long to see customers in person, the team was naturally keen for everything to go without a glitch.
How did we make it worth the wait?
We swiftly found an ideal venue in the stylish members’ club Eight Moorgate in central London. Our team took care of catering arrangements, plus the technical set-up for a presentation, and discreetly oversaw the programme on the day. This left our client free from distractions and able to fully enjoy reconnecting with customers and colleagues over lunch and drinks.
A very special atmosphere
We took great care to create the perfect setting to suit the various elements of the event. Attendees started their day in the presentation room, moved to the elegant sun terrace for pre-lunch drinks, followed by lunch in the restaurant, where all food choices had been coordinated prior to the event, to ensure smooth service on the day. We also negotiated special permission to use the rooftop terrace, with its panoramic London views, for networking drinks to round off the day.
One guest – a client of QueryClick – shared their delight at finally being able to meet the team. Not only that: as a new member of their own organisation, this event provided the first opportunity for them to meet some of their own colleagues!
