Now her number geekery ensures every cost has a home. Co-workers appreciate her can-do approach, impressive ability to handle endless questions and encyclopaedic knowledge of all things Integrity. Frankly, we’d be lost without her. Spare time finds her on the move, on a bike or a pair of skis.

ACA-qualified Gail honed her impressive track record in strategic and financial consulting, on top of a varied background in marketing, advertising and PR. With a love of all things sparkly, she doesn’t fit the stereotypical accountant look and loves being told she doesn’t look like one! Likes a close involvement and knowing what makes people in the organisation tick, with a focus on strategic direction and financial stability. Away from the figures, she unwinds by doing yoga, socialising and travelling anywhere that’s sunnier than Scotland.

After a degree in Corporate Communications, her events career included spells in professional services, PR and public sector companies. A chronic list-maker with a firm focus on driving business excellence and developing the best possible company culture, colleagues admire her mix of tenacity, kindness and style. After three full-tilt years as Operations Director on the EICC launch, Lindsey founded Integrity in 1998. Her vast experience in the events field isn’t surprising – this woman’s drive and energy mean that by 9am she’s usually achieved more than most people do in a day. A keen scheduler, she loves finding ways to go big on the small stuff that really pleases people, and her immaculate taste is just one reason why she’s surrounded by such a sharp team.

A busy rugby coach and former Taekwondo world champion, she’s also Mum to two boys, two pugs and two hamsters. Phew.
