Integrity relished the opportunity to flex every organisational muscle and deliver an impressive, cost-effective event that brilliantly showcased Microsoft’s investment in its people.

Our event-planning relationship with Microsoft got off to a high-speed start in 2018. With only five weeks to go, we stepped in to help launch this educational conference and Partner Exhibition at EICC. In 2019 we handled the large-scale DSA event from the get-go.

When you need to hold a vast range of sessions under one roof, the right roof is vital.

So we looked until we discovered Rome’s multi-functional La Nuvola and negotiated a competitive deal.

Working closely with the client, we handled contracts and planning, and ensured Microsoft’s Partner Exhibition was well-visited. All whilst tackling tricky logistics (an Integrity speciality) and keeping a sharp eye on budget to land the best value from suppliers.

The set-up let everyone move easily between activities and exhibiting Partners to network, learn and recharge. Delegates enjoyed seamless registration and hotel booking, transport to the venue, plus a warm on-site welcome. We even recovered a runaway phone for one relieved attendee. Result!
