We’ve been lucky enough to work on Frankenman’s marketing activities at ESCP annual meetings since 2017. This Chinese medical device company visits congresses internationally. We help them exhibit, run symposia and host the opinion leaders who speak on their behalf.

Participating sponsors need a strong relationship with the main event organisers. That’s where we come in.

By being on hand to support communications between Frankenman and ESCP, we help pave the way to healthy attendance at our client’s presentations and raise their overall profile at the event.

To ensure Frankenman slot seamlessly into the wider congress activities, we deliver whatever they need. This ranges from booking accommodation for their team and invited VIPs, to finalising programme entries and finding tables at the buzziest restaurants in town.

Event services

• Teamwork:
  Liaison between client and ESCP Secretariat, optimising client’s satellite symposium opportunity and overall presence
• Find:
  Hotel rooms, great restaurants and cool bars for occasional drinks
• Plan:
  Planning and AV liaison with ESCP, interaction with ESCP Committee
• Food:
  Low-key welcome drinks/dinner, tasty daytime catering, casual off-site dinner for client and CRO team
• People:
  Speaker and team registration at ESCP, flights, transfers, 1-to-1 support, TLC
• In charge of:
  Project updates, budget, payments, speaker expenses, reconciliation
• On location:
  Support to the group, whatever they need from start to finish
